Our collect and repair service couldn’t be simpler!

  • Call us on 0870 800 5220 to book your repair or email us here
  • Choose the date for the collection that guarantees someone will be available when the courier calls*.
  • Tell us what type of item you are sending e.g. PC Laptop etc and the quantity. This is used to determine how much packaging is required.
  • Give a description of the problem and select if the problem is intermittent or permanent.

We will send our courier with the packaging to collect your equipment. Should you prefer to send in your equipment using your existing courier, please ensure that items are suitably packaged & labelled to prevent damage or loss.

Goods received in damaged packaging unfortunately cannot be accepted.

If you would prefer a call out from an engineer please click here. Once your goods have been received we will endeavour to provide a prompt service and will keep you informed as to the cost and progress of the repair.

* Please ensure someone will be available on the collection day as a charge will unfortunately be made for a failed collection to cover our courier costs.
