 SECURE IT | Costs > How Much Does it Cost?

From as little as just £7 per 1024MB (1GB) per month

Secure-it offers a choice of 3 sign up packages (Light User, Standard and Business User). Once signed up to any of these if you require additional storage the system will automatically upgrade your account to the required level.

The software backs up all file types including SQL and there is a 'plug-in' available to backup MS Exchange Server. You can also backup your System State.

The Exchange 'plug-in' costs an additional £249 + vat per annum. This can be purchased by selecting the standard package below and then taking the Exchange option.

COMPRESSION: all files are compressed prior to transfer which means you may be able to store up to twice the amount of information. For example the 2,000mb package could backup upto 4,000mb of data on your computer.

Compression will vary, depending on the type of files backed up - word/excel documents compress very well whereas digital images / pdfs do not.

All charges are pro rata and your credit or debit card will be automatically debited for the amount due when upgraded.

Which package is right for me?
Secure-it Business package provides the equivalent storage capacity of approximately 6 CD Rom's which equates to over half a million A4 pages of text (not scanned pages).

We recommend that businesses subscribe to the 2GB Business package, and if you need extra storage capacity, the system will automatically upgrade your account.

For those requiring less storage, subscribe to the light user package which provides the equivalent of 350 floppy disks or 62,000 A4 text pages (not scanned pages).

All packages allow you to backup all file types (documents, spreadsheets, databases, emails, digital images, music files etc), provide unlimited FREE restores and you can also install the software onto multiple machines for no extra charge.

Technical Support
Comprehensive support files and FAQ's are available at all times on our website. These provide complete instruction on how to use the service and are free of charge.

We are aware that you may sometimes wish to speak to a technical advisor directly, and we offer a very efficient telephone and e-mail support service which is on hand should you ever need help. The team are friendly and available to assist with any technical issues related to using Secure-it.

Rather than inflate the cost of our service, or charge expensive premium call rates, we provide an 'annual support contract' that allows unlimited phone calls or emails to our technical team. This costs just £15 a year if you use Secure-it to backup a single machine or £30 a year if you are backing up multiple machines, networks or servers.

If you think you will require assistance setting up Secure-it, or if you intend to backup a network, mapped drive or server we recommend that you take out a support contract. The team are equipped with remote access and will help you save time.

Refund Policy
We are confident that you will be happy using the Secure-it service, however if during the first 15 days you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may cancel your subscription and receive a full 'no quibble' refund.
